WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal), etc. This is all processed through WIX payments. If you would like to pay with an alternative payment method, please use the Contact page to send us an email. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any Returns or Exchanges, however, an order can be canceled within 1 business day for a full refund. If for any reason your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within two days via email at info@eebrownleatherworks.com with the full information including photos of the piece and packaging. When the damage has been assessed, we will respond via e-mail and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

Every piece of artwork has variable shipping characteristics which makes it hard to estimate or blanket quote online. During checkout, please select the appropriate shipping category that is noted on the product page under the "Shipping & Return Policy" section. Any additional shipping costs or credits will be billed or refunded based on package size, weight, and shipping location. 

 

All shipments are insured for their retail value in case your piece arrives damaged or ends up missing. This comes at no extra cost to the customer. To ensure delivery, we also use signature confirmation only.

Within the USA, depending on the destination, delivery will range from 1-6 business days. 

 

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and we will have your order shipped within 1-2 weeks of checkout. Your tracking number will be sent the same day as the piece is shipped. 

 

If you live in or around the Nashville area, there are local options provided during checkout.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH? 

Each piece is made with 100% real leather. The platform base is either a staple backed canvas, canvas panel, or wood panel.

WHAT FRAMING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

 

Each piece is custom framed and installed with the appropriate hanging hardware. We work with a local framer to provide high quality frames that will last. If you prefer a different frame, please let us know and we can have it removed or reframed to your liking at an additional cost. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside of these regions and would like to purchase a piece, please email us at info@eebrownleatherworks.com to inquire.
